Hi, I am Brittany Hartl and I am here at West Rehab in Pooler. I am going to show you a workout that will stoke your metabolism. We are going to do short bursts at high intensity.
We will perform 5 exercises for 2 minutes each for a total of 10 minutes. Let’s get started.
• Jumping Jacks
• Skiers
• Sit-ups
• Burpees
• Plank
Work as hard and fast as you can. Start with one round and as your fitness level improves, do more rounds.
