Hi, I am Christina Maher and I teach Ballet Barre at Savannah Yoga Barre. I am going to show you several signature Ballet Barre poses. We will move from full range of motion, to partial range of motion, to isometric musculature holds to create heat in the body, to raise the heart rate and to fatigue the muscles.
These ballet sequences target the quads, inner thighs, hamstrings, and calves to create lean, sculpted legs and the all too popular gluteal muscles.
