Hot 'n' Healthy - Upper-body golf workout

I’m Dr. Eric Bunge and I’m at the Bunge Chiropractic Health Clinic in Bluffton. If you are like many of us in the South, you love golf but you hate being stiff and inflexible when you play. The solution is to keep flexible and move correctly all year long to create the power you need to get that hole-in-one.

Last month, we worked on improving the flexibility and strength of our lower body. Today we are going to connect the lower body to the upper body with three exercises to strengthen our shoulders and upper back.
